David Wells is also one of Adaptrix' co-founders.  He has over 18 years experience as a management consultant leading large information technology projects for Fortune 500 companies.  David divides his time between on-going IT consulting activities, assisting with general management responsibilities, and working on healthcare IT recruitment for Adaptrix.  He holds a BS degree in Engineering from Clemson University, the CPIM certificate from APICS, the PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute, and the ITIL certificate from the itSMF. As an avid monoskier, David is co-founder and past president of the U.S. Monoski Association, and is also an avid body-boarder during the summer.   David, Elisa and daughter Katie live in San Jose, CA. Melissa Ortega is a Sales Consultant with Adaptrix. She has over 10 years experience in the Computer Industry working in various positions including Controls engineer, Project Coordinator and Program Manager. She holds a BS degree in engineering from the University of New Mexico. Melissa and her three children (Stephen 11, Carissa 10, and Marisa 3) recently moved back home to New Mexico after living in Placerville California for six years.
